Cupcake Pops!

I made some more cake pops for a friend this weekend and they turned out pretty good. Of course, I am always trying to improve! Here are some pics and here is the website where I first found out about these!
crumble the cake and slowly add frosting
roll into 1 1/4 - 1 1/2 " balls a refrigerate for 2 hours
roll into logs
press into flower shaped cookie cutter
round the top to look like a cupcake

first dip bottom into melted chocolate and put on sticks

After the bottom dries, dip top into melted candy (any color works!) add sprinkles and topper
Tada!!

Tada!!







Display beautifully!

More pics from Maggie's first birthday

Here are some more pictures from Maggie's first birthday party. The photographer (our friend Ann) took some great pictures. Maggie was such a trooper after having such a rough night before.














Being a cupcake theme party, I made a lot of cupcakes. Including these yummy cupcake pops! I found them from the blog www.bakerella.com. Besides Maggie, they were the hit of the party!!
